Store Classification / Activity Contractor Compensation
Existing / Managed BLA Store 10% during months 1–24 following assignment; 8% during months 25–60; 6% beginning with month 61 and thereafter while Contractor remains actively responsible for ongoing management
Approved re-engagement/growth of existing store No separate enhanced commission; standard applicable store commission applies
Existing BLA Customer actively converted to new store 8% during months 1–60 following launch; 6% thereafter during months 25–60; 6% beginning with month 61 and thereafter while Contractor remains actively responsible for ongoing management
Genuinely New Customer / Newly Acquired Store 10% during months 1–24 following launch; 8% thereafter during months 25–60; 5% beginning with month 61 and thereafter while Contractor remains actively responsible for ongoing management
Employee-Originated Store 6% during months 1–60 following launch; 6% beginning with month 61 and thereafter while Contractor remains actively responsible for ongoing management; CWOLA fully excluded
New Store Launch Incentive $100 after $500 cumulative qualifying revenue
Approved Subcontractor-generated store Paid to Contractor under applicable store classification; no additional BLA commission
Termination Notice 45 days' written notice
Post-Termination Commission Contractor-Acquired Stores acquired and launched during the 24 months preceding termination notice only: 3% for first 12 months after effective termination; 2% for following 12 months; then 0%
