When utilizing Bad Lab Apparel for embroidery, we don't require any minimums. You can order 1 item or 100 items- it doesn't matter to us.

Our machines can handle designs up to 16 colors. We have a wide variety of thread options to choose from, including 3D puff foam, and glow in the dark thread

Logo Digitization Services
All logos must be converted to an embroidery file, unless you have a digitized file ending in OFM or DST. If we have your logo on file, we do not need to digitize.
Digitizing
Each logo or logo change requires digitizing. Hat designs and or 3D designs are digitized separately.
Digitizing Proof
Digitized files take up to 48 hours to come back to us. Expedited services are available.
We then sew out a proof for your approval.
Can I Change Thread Colors?
In most instances we are able to change thread colors in the design.

It is important to provide accurate sizing requests to our team, so that the logo can be digitized appropriately.
