Do you have product in stock in the store?

We do stock a limited amount of BCoFD and BCFD items in the store. This includes hats and beanies. Please understand that high demand times may reduce availability in the store. We also have some sample product in the store for you to review prior to placing your order.

Can you sew on patches?

 We are able to sew patches onto products for a fee. Customers must provide the patches. 

What are the payment terms?

We accept cash, check, credit, and ACH transfers. Payment is required in full prior to production.

Businesses and organizations can set up accounts which can be billed at a net 30 days.

There is a $35 fee for any check that bounces. Late fees will be also be assessed to past due accounts. 

Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We can ship your order nationwide for a fee.

Do you accept customer owned products?

We work with 8 distributors who carry a wide variety of brands. If you have a brand in mind, we most likely can purchase that product- therefore we prefer you procure garments through us. In the event that you already have a garment, we do accept customer owned products for embroidery, however they do not receive priority in production. Bad Lab Apparel also does not assume any liability for damaged product or errors to the product. For the best product and experience, we recommend purchasing product through us. We do not accept customer owned products for screen printing.

Customer owned products are subject to premium pricing.

Are there additional fees?

  • A digitizing fee is required for new designs for embroidery services. 

  • An artwork fee is assessed if you have a complex design for screen printing that needs to be vectorized.

  • We offer graphic design services. The fee is based on design needs.

  • Do you need your products now? We can assess a rush fee that is dependent upon the job requested. Please note that there are still significant supply chain issues. Not all rush requests can be accommodated. 

  • Screen fees per color for customer owned products, if we do not have the screen in production.

What is the return policy?

Due to the custom nature of what we do, we can not accept returns once the product leaves the store. If there is a gross error or damage to the product caused by Bad Lab Apparel, we will replace the product (except for customer owned products).

Please understand that colors may vary once placed on garment. Colors may appear different between screen print products versus embroidered products. If you have a new logo, we will work with you to confirm the best color options.

 

In order to ensure your garments last as long as possible, manufacturers recommend cold wash with no harsh detergents or bleach, turn your garments inside out, and run on low heat settings for drying.  

What is the normal turn around on products?

We aim to meet a 15 business day turn around time. Final turn around times are provided via your sales order. Online store purchases are subject to a minimum of 15 business days. Please understand there are some variables that impact this timeline. These variables include new artwork, digitizing of graphics, out of stock or back ordered product, and peak demand times. If you wish to place a rush on your order, we will assess a rush fee. This fee is based on the quantity of your order.

Will you market our product or graphics?

As a small business we rely on marketing to attract additional customers. If your logo, graphics, or product is considered to be confidential/sensitive please let us know. We will not market or resale your product to unauthorized customers.

Can an organization create an online store?
